How to Refill Your Candle

  1. Choose Your Vessel
    Pick a heat-resistant vessel (6.6-7.6 cm wide). For wider vessels, use additional wicks.

  2. Prepare Your Vessel
    Peel paper tab from the wick, center it in the vessel, and thread it through the wick holder.

  3. Melt and Pour
    Microwave the open pouch for 1.5-2.5 mins or place it in boiling water for up to 10 mins. Pour melted wax into the vessel.

  4. Leave to Set
    Let the wax set for 3 hours. Remove the wick holder and trim the wick to ¼ inch. Light and enjoy.

Candle Care & Safety

  • Trim wick to ¼ inch before each burn.
  • Burn 2-4 hours initially to prevent tunneling. Max burn time: 4 hours.
  • Store candles upright in a cool, dark place. Use a lid to keep dust out.
  • Avoid drafts, burn on fire-safe surfaces, and keep away from flammables.
  • Keep out of reach of children and pets. Never leave unattended.
  • Place candles 3 inches apart. Do not use water to extinguish.
  • Dispose of when 5-10mm of wax remains. Clean vessel for reuse.

How to Clean Your Old Vessel

  1. Method 1
    Freeze the glass for 4 hours. Pry out wax and wick with a butter knife. Clean residue with a wet paper towel.

  2. Method 2
    Pour boiling water into the container. Let wax cool and lift. Dispose of wax and wash the container.

  • Pouch: Compostable in industrial facilities (180 days). Home composting time may vary.

All returned products will be examined upon receipt by the seller. Refunds or exchanges cannot be offered on any opened or used products unless they are faulty. Once your return has been received and accepted by the seller, a refund will be issued via the original payment method. Original shipping charges will not be refunded. An exchange can only be arranged with the original seller.

Refunds or exchanges will be made to you no later than 14 working days of receipt of the returned product(s) or if, there were no product(s) supplied, 14 working days after the day on which you inform us of your decision to cancel your order pursuant to section (6).
