How to Refill Your Candle

  1. Choose Your Vessel: Use a heat-resistant container (6.6-7.6 cm wide). Add extra wicks for wider vessels.

  2. Prepare Your Vessel: Peel paper from the wick, center it in the vessel, and thread through the wick holder.

  3. Melt and Pour: Microwave pouch upright for 1.5-2.5 mins or place in boiling water for up to 10 mins. Pour melted wax into the vessel.

  4. Leave to Set: Allow to set for 3 hours. Remove wick holder, trim wick to ¼ inch, and enjoy.

Candle Care

  • Trim Wick: Keep it at ¼ inch.
  • Burning: Light for 2-4 hours until wax melts evenly. Don’t burn over 4 hours at a time.
  • Storage: Store upright in a cool, dark place.
  • Safety: Burn on a fire-safe surface, away from flammable items. Keep away from children and pets. Never leave unattended. Discard when 5-10mm of wax remains.

How to Clean Your Old Vessel

  1. Method 1: Freeze the glass for 4 hours. Pry out wax with a butter knife. Clean with soapy water.

  2. Method 2: Pour boiling water into the container. Wait 30 mins for wax to lift. Dispose of wax and clean.

All returned products will be examined upon receipt by the seller. Refunds or exchanges cannot be offered on any opened or used products unless they are faulty. Once your return has been received and accepted by the seller, a refund will be issued via the original payment method. Original shipping charges will not be refunded. An exchange can only be arranged with the original seller.

Refunds or exchanges will be made to you no later than 14 working days of receipt of the returned product(s) or if, there were no product(s) supplied, 14 working days after the day on which you inform us of your decision to cancel your order pursuant to section (6).
