Candle Care

  • Wick: Trim to ¼ inch before each burn.
  • Burning: Light for 2-4 hours until wax melts evenly. Avoid burning for more than 4 hours at a time.
  • Storage: Keep candles upright in a cool, dark place. Store with or without lid to preserve scent.
  • Safety: Burn on a fire-safe surface, away from flammable items. Keep out of reach of children and pets. Never leave unattended. Place candles 3 inches apart. Don’t use water to extinguish. Discard when 5-10mm of wax remains.

  • 2nd Class Delivery (2 - 5 working days) - £2.95 (Free on Orders over £30+).
  • 1st Class Delivery (1 - 3 Working Days) - £3.45 (Free on Orders over £150+)

Products ordered from multiple different brands will be dispatched seperately.

All returned products will be examined upon receipt by the seller. Refunds or exchanges cannot be offered on any opened or used products unless they are faulty. Once your return has been received and accepted by the seller, a refund will be issued via the original payment method. Original shipping charges will not be refunded. An exchange can only be arranged with the original seller.

Refunds or exchanges will be made to you no later than 14 working days of receipt of the returned product(s) or if, there were no product(s) supplied, 14 working days after the day on which you inform us of your decision to cancel your order pursuant to section (6).
