Candle Care

  • Trim Wick: Keep wick trimmed to ¼ inch for a clean burn.
  • Initial Burn: Burn for 2–4 hours until the wax melts to the edge. Avoid burning longer than 4 hours at a time.
  • Storage: Store candles upright in a cool, dark place. Use the lid to prevent dust.
  • Safety: Burn on a fire-safe surface, away from flammable items. Keep out of reach of children and pets. Never leave unattended.
  • Extinguishing: Avoid water. Stop using when 5-10mm of wax remains. Clean the vessel for reuse.

Candle Care Kit

  • Candle Snuffer: Use to safely extinguish candles. Clean with a damp cloth.
  • Wick Trimmer: Trim wick to ¼ inch before each use for a clean burn. Discard remnants and wipe clean.

Packaging Disposal

  • Pouch: Compostable in home or industrial facilities. Certified to biodegrade within 180 days.
  • Shipping Materials: Recycle with paper items.

Christmas will soon be upon us and for customers buying myza sleepwear as Christmas gifts we are happy to offer an extended returns policy. 

Any item of myza sleepwear bought online between 1st November 2024 and 24th December 2024 can be returned or exchanged up until, and including, 10th January 2025 or within 14 days after purchase, whichever is later.

We aim to dispatch your products within 24-48 hours of placing your order with us.

During holiday seasons, please expect slightly extended processing times.

  • 2nd Class Delivery (2 - 5 working days) - £2.95 (Free on Orders over £30+).
  • 1st Class Delivery (1 - 3 Working Days) - £3.45 (Free on Orders over £150+)

Products ordered from multiple different brands will be dispatched seperately.

All returned products will be examined upon receipt by the seller. Refunds or exchanges cannot be offered on any opened or used products unless they are faulty. Once your return has been received and accepted by the seller, a refund will be issued via the original payment method. Original shipping charges will not be refunded. An exchange can only be arranged with the original seller.

Refunds or exchanges will be made to you no later than 14 working days of receipt of the returned product(s) or if, there were no product(s) supplied, 14 working days after the day on which you inform us of your decision to cancel your order pursuant to section (6).
