1. Place your mat the other way around with the design on the floor and the natural rubber side upwards.
2. Slowly start to roll the mat, pressing on both sides of the width with your hands.
3. Always roll your mat with the PU (design) side outward as this is a sticky surface and it can cause your mat to stick together and peel.
How to clean your mat:1. Rub your mat with a damp cloth or a soft sponge with soap diluted with plenty of water.
2. Let your mat dry before use.
3. Avoid using essential oils directly on the mat.
