  • To use, twist the stopper anti-clockwise to remove the lid and insert the reed sticks in the oil and allow them to soak for about one hour.
  • After one hour, flip the reeds to saturate the other end of the reeds.
  • Place the reed diffuser in a high traffic area. This encourages air circulation and lifts the scents.
  • Flip the reeds every 3 – 6 days to freshen the fragrance taking care not to spill the oil. If spilt, clean area immediately as the liquid can damage surfaces.
  • Keep out of the reach of children, pets or areas where they can be knocked over.
  • Do not light the reeds.
  • Oil is not intended for body application and shouldn’t be ingested.
  • Wash hands thoroughly after coming in contact with oils.

Christmas will soon be upon us and for customers buying myza sleepwear as Christmas gifts we are happy to offer an extended returns policy. 

Any item of myza sleepwear bought online between 1st November 2024 and 24th December 2024 can be returned or exchanged up until, and including, 10th January 2025 or within 14 days after purchase, whichever is later.

We aim to dispatch your products within 24-48 hours of placing your order with us.

During holiday seasons, please expect slightly extended processing times.

  • 2nd Class Delivery (2 - 5 working days) - £2.95 (Free on Orders over £30+).
  • 1st Class Delivery (1 - 3 Working Days) - £3.45 (Free on Orders over £150+)

Products ordered from multiple different brands will be dispatched seperately.

All returned products will be examined upon receipt by the seller. Refunds or exchanges cannot be offered on any opened or used products unless they are faulty. Once your return has been received and accepted by the seller, a refund will be issued via the original payment method. Original shipping charges will not be refunded. An exchange can only be arranged with the original seller.

Refunds or exchanges will be made to you no later than 14 working days of receipt of the returned product(s) or if, there were no product(s) supplied, 14 working days after the day on which you inform us of your decision to cancel your order pursuant to section (6).
