Directions:

Using the scoop fill your bath brew. Add 6 drops (2/3 of each oil) of your favourite essential oils for pure healing indulgence. Hook the aroma bag over your taps as the bath fills, allowing water to run through the bag.

Once filled, squeeze and pop into the water whilst you soak. Soak for 20 minutes to feel the calming benefits. Alternatively, you can hang from your shower head or pop in a bowl of warm water for a facial steam or foot soak.
