Using a promotional code typically applies a discount solely to the product price, excluding delivery charges. Offers of free delivery pertain to Royal Mail Standard
Delivery on Orders within the UK. Please note that our free delivery thresholds will always be applied after a discount code is used, not before. If your Order total is below the threshold after using a discount code, then the appropriate delivery charge will be applied.
After placing an order, we cannot modify or correct the delivery address. We are not liable for orders lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses given at checkout. Should your order be returned to the seller for this reason, you will be responsible for all costs associated with re-delivering the order to an accurate address.
Your order may need to be signed for upon delivery, and we'll inform you if this is the case. If you're not typically available at your primary address during standard business hours, you're welcome to specify an alternate delivery address to ensure someone is available to sign for your package. Should you miss the delivery, a notification card will be left with details on how and where to collect your order. Please note, if your parcel isn't collected within the designated period (generally 7 days or after 3 attempts), it will be sent back to us. To have it redelivered, you'll need to contact us to arrange a new delivery and cover the associated costs.

For Orders delivered outside the UK, import duties and taxes may apply upon arrival at its destination. Myza does not handle or collect import duties and taxes for items purchased from its website. Any import
duties are determined by your local customs office once your order arrives in
your country. It is the sole responsibility of the customer to pay any such charges. Myza and its brand partners have no control over these charges.
Our delivery service deems a package as lost if it remains in transit for more than 14 working days for UK orders and 21 days for international orders. While it's rare for deliveries to extend to these lengths, we're unable to issue refunds until after these periods have passed. Myza cannot be held accountable for any direct or indirect losses or damages suffered by a customer due to delays or failure to deliver goods, irrespective of the delivery method used.
- Myza allows you to browse items from various brands, all on a single platform. In some instances, once you have selected the perfect item you will be redirected to the brand’s own website to complete your purchase.
- If you were redirected to the brand's website, follow its checkout process, and you will receive payment confirmation and shipping details directly from it.
- For any changes, cancellations, or returns, you will need to contact the brand directly as it handles this.
