How to Refill Your Candle

  1. Choose Your Vessel
    Pick a heat-resistant vessel (6.6-7.6cm wide). Add extra wicks for wider vessels.

  2. Prepare Your Vessel
    Center the wick in the vessel and secure it with the wick holder.

  3. Melt and Pour
    Microwave the pouch for 1.5-2.5 minutes or place it in boiling water for up to 10 minutes. Pour the melted wax into the vessel.

  4. Leave to Set
    Let it set for 3 hours. Remove the wick holder and trim the wick to 1/4" above the wax. Light and enjoy!


Candle Care

  • Trim Wick: Keep it at 1/4" for an even burn.
  • Burn Time: Light for 2-4 hours for an even melt. Never burn more than 4 hours.
  • Storage: Store upright in a cool, dark place. Use a lid if desired.
  • Avoid Drafts: Prevent uneven burning and sooting.
  • Safety: Burn on a fire-safe surface. Keep away from flammable items, children, and pets. Never leave unattended.
  • Extinguishing: Avoid water. Extinguish before 5-10mm of wax remains.

Cleaning Your Vessel

  1. Freezer Method: Freeze for 4 hours, pry out wax, and wash.
  2. Boiling Water Method: Pour boiling water into the vessel, let wax lift, dispose of wax, and wash.

Packaging Disposal

  • Pouch: Compost in industrial or home facilities.
  • Shipping Materials: Recycle with paper items.

Christmas will soon be upon us and for customers buying myza sleepwear as Christmas gifts we are happy to offer an extended returns policy. 

Any item of myza sleepwear bought online between 1st November 2024 and 24th December 2024 can be returned or exchanged up until, and including, 10th January 2025 or within 14 days after purchase, whichever is later.

We aim to dispatch your products within 24-48 hours of placing your order with us.

During holiday seasons, please expect slightly extended processing times.

  • 2nd Class Delivery (2 - 5 working days) - £2.95 (Free on Orders over £30+).
  • 1st Class Delivery (1 - 3 Working Days) - £3.45 (Free on Orders over £150+)

Products ordered from multiple different brands will be dispatched seperately.

All returned products will be examined upon receipt by the seller. Refunds or exchanges cannot be offered on any opened or used products unless they are faulty. Once your return has been received and accepted by the seller, a refund will be issued via the original payment method. Original shipping charges will not be refunded. An exchange can only be arranged with the original seller.

Refunds or exchanges will be made to you no later than 14 working days of receipt of the returned product(s) or if, there were no product(s) supplied, 14 working days after the day on which you inform us of your decision to cancel your order pursuant to section (6).
