Sarah, By Sarah’s founder, had spent 10 years in branding and communications, working for the world's leading beauty and lifestyle brands. Then, in 2012, attempted to provide her sister Lauren – then recovering from Leukaemia – with gentle and organic skincare products that were capable of soothing and moisturising her enormously sensitive skin. In reaction to overly-complicated, somewhat secretive or hidden ingredient lists found on other skincare products, Sarah compiled her own products, each containing carefully-curated, organic and sustainably-sourced plant-based ingredients. It was soon after that however, not only did Sarah become an expert in concocting a variety of organic, naturally-sourced skincare capable of helping her sister, but also, discovered that her blends were capable of helping many others.
