    2. How can I pay for my order?
    Our website ensures secure transactions. We accept credit cards, bank payments, Paypal, Google Pay, and Shop Pay. You can utilise Paypal for payments, even without a Paypal account (pay via card) or a credit card (pay via e-cheque).

    3. How does delivery work?
    Delivery charges apply to all orders. We ship from the Netherlands using PosNL with tracking. We aim to dispatch within the specified time. For bespoke items, there may be additional preparation time. Contact us for queries.

    4. Can I cancel my order?
    You may cancel unless it's shipped or bespoke. Notify us via email at info@moozlehome.com with your name and order reference. UK Consumer Protection Regulations allow cancellation within 7 days of receiving goods. If dispatched, return the item in original condition.

    5. What's your return policy?
    We want you happy with your purchase. Return items within 7 days for a full refund if there's a manufacturing issue. Include your name, order date, and reason for return. We'll refund postage if the return is our fault.

      We aim to dispatch your products within 24-48 hours of placing your order with us.

      During holiday seasons, please expect slightly extended processing times.

      • 2nd Class Delivery (2 - 5 working days) - £2.95 (Free on Orders over £30+).
      • 1st Class Delivery (1 - 3 Working Days) - £3.45 (Free on Orders over £150+)

      Products ordered from multiple different brands will be dispatched seperately.

      All returned products will be examined upon receipt by the seller. Refunds or exchanges cannot be offered on any opened or used products unless they are faulty. Once your return has been received and accepted by the seller, a refund will be issued via the original payment method. Original shipping charges will not be refunded. An exchange can only be arranged with the original seller.

      Refunds or exchanges will be made to you no later than 14 working days of receipt of the returned product(s) or if, there were no product(s) supplied, 14 working days after the day on which you inform us of your decision to cancel your order pursuant to section (6).
